Mike Schroeder, owner of Crossed Arrow Earthworks, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. With 26 years of dedicated service in the military, including an impressive 16 years as a Special Forces engineer, he embodies the values of discipline, precision, and integrity that are at the core of our company’s ethos.
Throughout his military career, Mike honed his skills in strategic planning, precision execution, and team leadership. As a Special Forces engineer, he was tasked with some of the most challenging and critical missions, requiring expert knowledge in demolition, construction, and land management. He demonstrated exceptional problem-solving abilities and a tireless dedication to accomplishing the mission, no matter the obstacles faced.
Now, as he transitions into civilian life, Mike brings this same level of commitment and proficiency to Crossed Arrow Earthworks. With his extensive background in engineering and land management, he plays a pivotal role in our operations, ensuring that every project is carried out with precision, efficiency, and utmost attention to detail.
Mike happily calls Murfreesboro home but will always cheer on the Iowa Hawkeyes from afar after being born and raised in Eastern Iowa. His wife, Briony, spends her career time as an English teacher at Central Magnet but is busy behind the scenes at Crossed Arrow Earthworks supporting the daily operations for the team. Mike and Briony have two children, Knox and Liv, so most weekends you will see the family on the baseball field or at dance recitals. Mike and his family strive to make an impact on the community and continue to focus support on fellow local, small businesses.
